Browser compatibility

Helium 3 is designed around modern browser architecture. Please ensure your browser is up to date. If not, you will be notified with a banner at the top of the login page.

Bulk Export

Included fields when using the Bulk Export. ID, Keywords, Upload date and Updated date are now included in your exported csv file.
NOTE: Do not change the ID column values (the asset id) as this will have adverse effects if importing this file.

Bulk Export menu button

Non administrators can now export asset meta data from the new ‘Export’ menu. This will export a csv file.

NOTE: Do not change the ID column values (the asset id) as this will have adverse effects if importing this file.

Export Collection

Added export function from collection. This will output a csv file. Please ensure your collection is from the same group.

NOTE: This will only export meta data from assets if the collection contains assets from the same group. If assets are in two or more different groups the export button is not visible. The message “Your collection contains media from one or more groups. Please create collections, for export, with assets from the same group” is displayed.
NOTE: Do not change the ID column values (the asset id) as this will have adverse effects if importing this file.
